About Academic Decathlon

Like the decathlon of the ancient Greeks, the Academic Decathlon consists of ten exacting and exciting activities. While the Greek events were contests of physical strength, the Academic Decathlon is a contest of academic strength. Modern education faces many challenges, one of which is a need for students to acquire a deep respect for knowledge and the educational process. We believe the Academic Decathlon provides a creative approach and partial solution to this particular need.
